Across India, usually in 4–7 business days. Orders above ₹1,499 ship free.
How do returns work?
Eligible ready-to-wear can be returned within 7 days, unused, with tags. Custom bridal pieces are final sale unless defective.
Are the pieces authentic?
Sellers are curated. Verified ateliers share craft origin on the product and store pages.
Which payments are supported?
UPI, cards, net banking, and cash on delivery. This device copy confirms orders without charging you.
How do I track an order?
Open Track Order and enter the VS order ID from checkout. Orders live in this browser.
Can I sell on Vastrashala?
Yes. Start onboarding from Become a Seller, then use the seller studio to publish styles.
