We want you to love what you wear. Eligible styles can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags attached. Intimate wear, custom bridal couture, and personalised jewellery may be marked final sale.
How to return
Start a return from your order details or contact hello@vastrashala.com with your order ID. We arrange a pickup where available, or provide a drop-off instruction.
Refunds
Once the return is inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Store credit may be offered for faster resolution.
